The Watches of Maison Tournaire blends the passion of their creators, charisma, elegance and audacity. Much more than a watch but a real jewelry by combining watchmaking and jewelry.
Because watches can also be made jewelry, Maison Tournaire turned to watchmaking. It is, of course, an entirely different way of creating but also a source of inspiration for Philippe and Mathieu Tournaire, both of whom are very attached to the theme of the time that passes
The Portes Du Temps watches as well as the Ionic watches are clearly a tribute to the ancient architecture to which Philippe Tournaire associated the symbolism of time. These two collections are editions limited to 25 copies each.
The more classic expression watches, have been created with the aim of customizing them to infinity.
In 1996, Philippe Tournaire created his first watch by unveiling the Ionic collection, limited to 25 copies.
In 2007, the creator continues his exploration in the world of watchmaking by launching the limited series.
The Portes Du Temps: gold watches entirely made by hand.
Maison Tournaire continues its development in the watch industry in 2009 with the Expression collection which in 2012 is extended with 3 new Lady watch models, the Galet watch and the Chrono watch.
The year 2010 is marked by the birth of the exceptional Paris Forever watch. Through this exceptional timepiece, Maison Tournaire shows all these skills in high-jewelry and high-watchmaking as well as total control of these areas.
The project was to create an Architecture in tribute to the city of Paris in an exceptional Tourbillon by realizing a maximum of gold coins directly on and in the movement.
This unique creation brings together many Parisian monuments on an ultra-worked dial.
A visit of Paris in a motionless walk, and that is how without moving, between platinum and Pont des Arts, Pyramid and balance, you walk around because everything is visible in this case of gold and sapphire.
In 2017 Maison Tournaire realizes the Ultima Forsan watch (Edition limited to 8 copies), realized in collaboration with Paul Miquel (Editor-in-chief - L'Equipe Sport & Style).
A watch in a nautical spirit that takes up the design of the dials of the Chadburn: Famous control panels of the steamship motors of the beginning of the twentieth century for the dial. And for the box a porthole, all in aged bronze patinated by hand.
