Where are Tournaire jewels made?
Our creations have always been entirely designed and manufactured in France in our own workshop in Montbrison exclusively in Gold 750 ‰, or Silver 925 ‰. This is the guarantee of high-quality pieces, the hallmark of exclusivity and uncompromising craftsmanship.
Can you make a jewel entirely to order?
Make an appointment in our boutique with one of our specialized designers, and we'll be happy to discuss your made-to-measure project. You can design your own piece of jewelry, while respecting our identity. What's more, we can reuse stones from old jewelry or family heirlooms to give them a second life.

Every day, we are actively committed to minimizing our environmental footprint. The gold we use comes mainly from old jewelry we buy back from our customers. This approach allows us to give new life to your old jewelry without resorting to gold from mining, which is often a source of considerable pollution.
Can you transform one or more old jewels into a new one?
Yes, for Philippe and Mathieu Tournaire, transforming a piece of jewelry is an exciting challenge. They bring your old jewelry up to date, while adding their own DNA Tournaire. The challenge is to give a second life to your jewelry, which often has sentimental value or a story to tell. Our two enthusiasts put all their know-how at your disposal to adapt and transform your jewelry, while ensuring its quality and durability. Listening is an essential quality in this process, which is why Philippe and Mathieu Tournaire accompany you step by step in this adventure.
Can you reuse the gold from my jewelry for my new jewelry?
No, legally we have to guarantee that the jewelry we sell you has a minimum titration of 750 ‰ gold, which is not possible if we use gold from your old jewelry. We can, however, buy back your old jewelry to re-melt the gold.
What if I don't know my finger size?
The best way to find out your exact finger size is to visit one of our boutiques or a colleague. You can also look inside one of your rings to see if the size is written on it. If it isn't, print out our ring gauge below and place your ring on it. If you don't have the possibility of printing out this ring gauge, we can send you a ring gauge to take your exact finger size.
Do you offer all finger sizes?
Of course we do! If the sizes you're looking for aren't available on our site, don't hesitate to ask us. We have the capacity to create jewelry in all possible sizes, because all our jewelry is entirely designed and manufactured in France in our own workshop in Montbrison.
Can I have my jewelry engraved?

I can't find the jewel I'm looking for on Tournaire. How do I proceed?

What is the lead time for an order or after-sales service?
It takes about 4 weeks after validation of the quotation, depending on the type of jewel to be made or the after-sales service to be carried out.
Do you appraise jewelry?
Yes, it costs 50€ for 5 jewels or less, 100€ for 6 to 10 jewels, 200€ for 11 to 20 jewels.

All our deliveries are 100% secure and signed for. We guarantee 100% delivery and will take responsibility for any problems.
How much does delivery cost?
Secure, guaranteed delivery is available in mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories, the European Union, Monaco and Andorra. For other countries, you will receive precise information before finalizing your order at cart, and the price will be calculated automatically according to the amount of your order.
Can I receive my jewel earlier than the delivery time announced on the site?
Yes, it's possible, depending on available stock or faster-than-expected production. In any case, you'll receive your order as quickly as possible.
Can I collect my jewelry ordered online from one of your boutiques?
Yes, it's possible - just select the store of your choice when you place your order.
How will my jewel be delivered?
All our jewels are carefully delivered in a Tournaire box, along with a signed ribbon and a guarantee and authenticity card. You can also add a personalized message to your order.
Can I add a personalized message to my order?
Yes, you can write the message directly on our website, or you can receive a blank Tournaire card that you can fill in yourself.

What is the quality of your diamonds?
All our diamonds are at least GVS quality. They all follow the Kimberley Process, which guarantees that they are not involved in financing armed conflict. The Kimberley Process brings together governments, civil society and industry to reduce the existence of conflict diamonds worldwide.

Yes, we offer an ultrasonic jewelry cleaning service Tournaire in our boutiques. For white gold jewelry, the first rhodium plating is free of charge.
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes we offer a repair and reconditioning service on all 750 ‰ gold jewelry. For silver jewelry we offer repairs only on jewelry from our House. Silver alloys being varied we cannot guarantee a repair quality up to our quality standards. You will find details and prices in our "jewelry repair" section.
Can I change the link on my bracelet?
Yes, on simple request in store, we will replace the link on your jewel free of charge. This service is available for Tournaire jewelry.
My white gold jewelry has turned yellow. What should I do?
We invite you to visit one of our Tournaire boutiques for a rhodium plating. The first rhodium plating is free of charge.
