1966 vintage - a rare and precious nectar

Preciously kept for decades in the "paradise" of Clement® in Martinique, the 1966 vintage is a rum of great rarity. The agricultural rum of Martinique, produced from pure sugar cane juice, has a controlled designation of origin (AOC) since 1996. This exceptional cuvée, a reflection of the high expertise of Rhum Clement® as an aging of spirits , is a jewel of the brand and will delight the palace of the finest connoisseurs and collectors.

This rare and precious nectar with the mahogany brown dress was bottled at the peak of its serenity in 1991. The very expressive and very powerful nose of this old rum immediately seduced with its notes that are both warm and delicious. Aromas of chocolate, gingerbread and moka intertwine with finely spicy and sweet notes of vanilla and candied fruit (fig, datte, orange). After ventilation, subtle notes of cigar box appear. Powerful and voluptuous attack, the aromas perceived in olfactory tasting is confirmed with gourmandise in mouth.
