La Maison Tournaire guarantees secure shipping, tracking of your purchases, delivery of the parcel against signature of the recipient and, if necessary, proof of deposit. In the event of damage, loss or spoliation, we guarantee 100% replacement or reimbursement of the contents.
To make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order, we offer you the possibility of returning your jewelry for a refund within 14 days of receipt, on simple request and without justification. The returned jewel must be in perfect condition and be shipped within 14 days of receipt. The return request must be made by e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone to 04 77 96 22 88. A return slip with insurance will be provided free of charge.
All our jewels are carefully delivered in a Tournaire box, accompanied by a ribbon silk box. You can add a personalized message to your order.
