You may want to look inside one of your rings to see if the size is marked. If it isn't, print out our ring binder below and place your ring on it.
If you don't have the possibility of printing this ring gauge, use the table to measure the inside diameter of your ring and find your size.
For example, if the inside diameter of your ring is 20 mm, your ring size will be 63.
